2. No guarantees, informational only

All content on the Service — including tipster picks, AI predictions, confidence scores, and historical statistics — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Past performance does not predict future results. You alone are responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted in your jurisdiction to consume sports-betting analysis to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with local laws.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & AI units

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. AI unit packs are non-refundable once delivered to your balance and do not expire.

6. User-submitted content

By submitting a tip or comment you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Service. You retain ownership. You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or that promotes match-fixing or insider information.

7. Prohibited use

• Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or rate-limit circumvention.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or systematically copying premium content.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade limits, abuse referrals, or boost stats.
• Posting spam, malware, or content that violates anyone's rights.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
